We made the trip out to Cottage Grove for this one - and it ended up being a bigger visit than originally planned. The original scope was a full interior and exterior window cleaning, which we knocked out start to finish. But once we were on-site, the homeowner mentioned some moss starting to show up on the roof. We took a look and decided to handle it while we were already there.

The windows got the full treatment - inside and out. Decorative glass on the entry door, large multi-pane windows on the front and sides of the house, screens pulled and set aside. Everything got washed and squeegeed down to clean glass. The difference on windows like these is hard to miss. Natural light comes through the way it's supposed to, without the haze that builds up over time.

The roof moss removal was a natural add-on. One thing that actually makes summer a great time to deal with moss is that it's dry. Dry moss comes off cleaner and easier than the wet, matted stuff you deal with in the fall or winter. We removed what was there and applied a treatment to help slow future growth before the rainy season comes back around.

Combining jobs like this just makes sense. The homeowner gets everything handled in a single visit instead of scheduling two separate appointments on two separate days. We get to do thorough work without rushing. It's a good setup all around, and it's something we're always happy to accommodate when the situation calls for it.

Summer is actually a solid time to get ahead of roof moss before the wet weather makes it worse. And if your windows haven't been done in a while, the difference a good cleaning makes - inside and out - is noticeable right away. We cover both, and we're set up to handle them together when it makes sense.
